A fiduciary is a person who holds a legal or ethical relationship of trust with one or more other parties. Typically, a fiduciary prudently takes care of money or other assets for another person.

Our job is as a facilitator, to use our knowledge to guide our clients in their pursuit of attaining financial goals for themselves and their families.

The Life Insurance  Process

Whether term or permanent, Life Insurance can be an integral part of Financial Planning. The process really begins by asking you "What is your motivation for getting Life Insurance" What are you trying to accomplish now, and what are you looking to accomplish in the future?

​

Next, Preliminary Underwriting. We represent over 25 companies, so it's really important for us to find the company that will offer you the best product for your needs, as well as the best value for your money - based on the underwriting class the Insurance Company eventually classifies you in.

​

Once we know what kind of product (or products) will meet your needs we couple that with our in-house underwriting best guesstimate of what Risk Class you will receive, and run the numbers. 

​

From there we take an application and order a medical exam and Physicians Records. 

​

We prep you for your exam and lab tests in order to get the best results. 

From there the entire package is submitted to the insurance company and await feedback from their underwriters.

 

If the Insurance Company returns with an offer (Risk Class) that we feel is not in keeping with what we believe you can get, we "Shop the Policy" to other companies and ask them for offers. Usually, if we do that it is because we have strong reason to believe that we  can get a better offer, and we do.

Once you have excepted an offer - we have the carrier issue the policy. Deliver to you, sign delivery documents with you and continue to service you and your policy.
